Rapunzel Reinvented hair extensions can be treated as your own hair...with a little extra care required. Always consult your Rapunzel Reinvented salon professional for up to date care instructions and a tailored treatment regimen.
Washing...
Gently brush hair prior to washing with a soft bristle brush. Wet hair thoroughly with cool to lukewarm water and apply Rapunzel Reinvented Moisture Charge Cleanser™ in gentle strokes from scalp to ends, avoiding circular motions. Rinse thoroughly and repeat as needed. Apply Rapunzel Reinvented Moisture Charge Conditioner™ to the ends of the hair, keeping the conditioner off the bonds as much as possible. Rinse and pat hair dry. Spray Rapunzel Reinvented Taming Mist™ over hair and use a soft bristle brush to gently work through. Style as recommended by your Rapunzel Reinvented salon professional.
Styling...
Use low to moderate heat when blow drying or allow to air dry. Do not use a brush with heat to straighten hair. Instead, use a flat iron or large barrel curling iron for smooth styles (while keeping heat off the bonds). Avoid excessive heat and products containing alcohol as they may dry out the hair. Use of Rapunzel Reinvented styling products will enhance the life of your extensions.
Sleeping...
Always keep the hair in a single loose braid when sleeping. Never go to bed with unbraided or wet hair as this significantly intensifies tangling.
Chemical Services...
Chemically altering your hair extensions is only acceptable in extraordinary circumstances, and only after consulting with your Rapunzel Reinvented salon professional. The success rate of chemically treating extensions is low and special consideration must always be taken.
